my laptop don't start when its resetting stay on 62% any help

dude I'd be careful before you send back the one to newegg
I almost did this exact same thing a month ago when I saw the great price at TD
I decided against TD's FX-62 as the research I conducted resulted in my belief that TD's was an older stepping version of the FX-62 from their original release (ie before the 6000+) this includes a high TDP and less OCability!
do some research before you send one back!

Have a look at the HP Pavilion dv6 Maintenance and Service Guide

On page 62&63:

• There are step-by-step instructions including photos showing how to remove the service panel, disconnect and/or remove and replace the HDD. You need to only disconnect the hard drive (don't remove).
• The instructions to remove the Service Panel are on page 60.
• The step-by-step instructions plus photo of how to remove and/or replace are on page 64. You need only remove the battery for a minute or so to reset the BIOS. The battery is located adjacent to the hard drive and looks in a nice place for removal.

Take a look at the manual. Maybe have a peek under the Service Panel. Don't touch anything yet. Just have a look and see whether having the step-by-step instructions plus photos will give you the confidence to proceed. If you don't feel comfortable then that's okay too.
