Windows 10: 64 bit flash drive doesn't boot and windows 10 compatibility issues.

I am using iLife zed air laptop. 2GB RAM Windows10 os. It is running in 32 bit but has 64 bit processor. I have downloaded windows media creator for 64bit and used a flash drive but in the boot menu in the boot file the USB flash drive option shows up but the boot fails boot.mgr failed. I have seen tons of guide videos and realized I don't have a-lot of options on boot like everyone does. For example the priority/legacy option.I am unable to play games without 64bit os or even update to windows 11. My PC is running very well on Windows 10 desktop but no files run in Windows 10 compatibility,

Can`t Upgrade 32-bit to 64-bit Windows 10

I tried upgrading my notebook/tablet pc from 32-bit to 64-bit windows 10. But it won`t boot from my usb. I checked if its compatible and followed the steps, but I didn`t get the windows "install now" option.

I am unable to play games without 64bit os or even update to windows 11. My PC is running very well on Windows 10 desktop but no files run in Windows 10 compatibility, the dropdown doesn't have the option of windows 10 and runs on windows 8 default. I have also tried trouble shooting but it doesn't work. I tried to download PC health checkup but it doesn't launch it says to check with the software developer. At this point I don't think boot is the problem, I think its something with the system. Can anyone guide me what should I do?

Also I am not very advanced in doing everything without actually seeing how is it done so please include steps and command prompt is very confusing to me so try making it easier thankyou-
