Windows 10: 647655889 didnt get download

Discus and support 647655889 didnt get download in Windows 10 Updates and Activation to solve the problem; 6487655889 i paid 125.00 for this download and didn't get it... not only did I not get it it crashed my activation of home.....     6487655889 i paid 125.00 for this download and didn't get it... not only did I not get it it crashed my activation of home..... I had to ddo a restore on the computer to reactivate compute OS....this was all done by dell tech with control of my screen so I WAS DONE CORRECTLY

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

    Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
