My Acer 4830TG 64bit Windows 7 Pro OS was a Rolls Royce in Laptop performance. After purchasing a key to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro, it has never been the same. Initially all worked correctly except that the Touchpad and DVD writer have been disabled and I think that this is unacceptable for a portable laptop, in terms of updates disabling a device and performance not being compatible in terms of level of service and purposeful delivery. Could someone do the right thing and eliminate the harassment and trauma that this has caused me please. I have tried deleting the device and restarting but no

Will a Windows 7 Ultimate key activate Windows 7 Pro?

no TRWOV u can't use Ultimate key on Pro but u can download a free Windows 7, if that's the problem.

My Gateway NV7923U X64 came with Windows 7 Home installed.

I purchased an upgrade key from MS and upgraded to Windows 7 Pro.

I need to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and then do a clean install.

• Will my existing upgraded Windows 7 Pro now upgrade to Windows 10 Pro automatically, or do I need to perform additional steps?
• Will I be able to do a clean install and have Windows 10 Pro after upgrading?

You can re-upgrade your system, as long as it was activated.

Just don't enter a key, and select I'm reinstalling Windows 10 on this PC.





Use 7-Zip to mount the ISO, and run setup.exe to begin the upgrade.
