Windows 10: 6D Premier won't recognize new dongle

had to buy new dongle for 6D Premier Embroidery system and it worked well, but then I had to recover my computer and now the program won't recognize the new dongle, keep getting message that it's not the dongle that came with the program. How do I change get it to recognize the change.? I did receive a new password with the dongle, changed as they recommended. It worked at first now since the recovery it won't. Thanks. windows 10 home x64 won´t recognize my second xeon

I have a dual xeon computer (xeon e5620). I upgraded this week to Windows 10 home and now my pc won´t recognize my second processor. Any help? Thanks in advance.
