  1. 6GHz network problem

Hello,I'm facing an issue with my computer's IntelR Wi-Fi 6E AX211 160MHz, which fails to detect the 6GHz network.Despite trying all suggestions from Dell, Intel, Windows support, and ASUS router support, my computer can only identify the 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks.Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thank you, Rafal

Windows 11 with AX210/AX211 unable to see 6GHz network using the latest drivers.

I recently bought a new Asus 6E (6GHz) router, and I have four newer laptops with Intel AX210 and AX211 wireless cards installed, all running Windows 11 or Windows 10 Professional. Two of these computers came with Windows 11 Professional and the AX210/AX211 wireless cards new, and the other two were upgraded.

None of my computers can see the 6GHz network. I know the network is broadcasting because my S21 Ultra can see and connect to the 6GHz band. I've tried the latest manufacturer driver 22.130.0.5 and latest Intel driver 22.140.0.3, and neither of them can see the 6GHz network.

In my search for help, I found this previous post Solved: ax210 window 10 21h2 not showing 6GHz networks - Intel Communities and tried the recommended older 22.45.1.1 driver and it worked. However, 22.45.1.1 was only provided by the Microsoft Insider program to enable initially enable Wi-Fi 6E support in Windows 10 and is over fifteen months old.

This doesn't seem like a hardware issue since my phone can connect to the 6GHz network, and my computers can connect to the network using the older driver. I even verified this by purchasing a different Wi-Fi 6E (6GHz) router to confirm it wasn't a router issue. However, I still can't see the 6Ghz network using any other version of the driver.

I have a help ticket open with the computer manufacturer, router manufacturer, and Intel but thought I would ask here as well since it seems like a software issue.

I even made a video showing the issue here.

HP Omen with AX211 unable to see Bell Gigahub 6Ghz band network

Hello I have an issue with my HP omen 17 CK100 to find 6Ghz network.

I have received my Gigahub (Bell wifi6E modem) this morning as I have now a wifi 6E AX211 wifi card but I can't see any 6Ghz network.

My CPU is : Intel 12800HX
OS : Windows 11 version 22H2 Home Edition

I have enabled modem to show different SSID for the different Antenna (2.4/5/6Ghz) and I have also tried to install several different drivers :

    - 22.45.1.1 (saw on different forums that it has resolved issue for some people)
    - 22.100.0.3 (direclty from HP support page)
    - 22.180.0.4 (direclty from HP support page)
    - 22.200.0.6 (last intel released driver)- 22.200.1.1 (Cab driver and not officialy released)

So I am kind of lost right now as I still can't succeed to see 6Ghz networks with my wifi card.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    6GHz network problem

Windows 11 with AX210/AX211 unable to see 6GHz network using the latest drivers.

I've tried the latest manufacturer driver 22.130.0.5, latest Intel driver 22.140.0.3, and even 22.150.0.3 and none of them can see the 6GHz network. Only when I switch to the old 22.45.1.1 does it see the 6GHz network. This is with Windows 11 and factory installed AX210/AX211 adapters on two of the computers. The other two are running Windows 10 and have the exact same issue. They can only see the 6GHz network using the old driver which Microsoft provided to Windows Insider Preview to initially enable Wi-Fi 6E in Windows 10.

I went from an AX-11000 to the AXE-16000. Just didn't change the network name. Even tried the AXE-11000. Still cannot see the 6GHz network.
