Well, I've come full circle. I've tried every driver I could find and none but the 3/2011 worked. Maybe this card simply isn't compatible with 10 but, you'd think the 10 icon would stop displaying the old graphics display. Mind boggling.

With the Windows 7 drivers extracted, have you tried right clicking in Device Manager, Update Driver Software, Browse my computer, and then let me pick from a list, browse to what looks like the correct .inf file in the extracted drivers? That's how I got my old Radeon 4500 to work.

I think I've tried everything except uninstalling the update that created the 10 icon. I don't know of any other way to get 10 to recognize my new graphics card. Thoughts anyone?

Just a suggestion. May not work, but maybe worth a try.

    • Remove the 210 card and enable the onboard graphics in bios (and check that any other applicable changes are also made as required).
    • Make sure that everything is working in Win7 then use your Win10 installation disk to perform the upgrade within Win7.
    • Check that Win10 has successfully activated.
    • Then download the Win10 driver for the 210 from NVidia but do not install.
    • Ensure the NVidia driver is the correct version for your system (x86 or x64).
    • Also download the chipset drivers from either Asus or AMD without installing. (Maybe AMD has different driver version from Asus?)
    • Power down, put the 210 back inside your rig and turn off you router.
    • Change your bios settings as appropriate.
    • Reboot without internet. Do not turn your router.
    • Install all the drivers you downloaded
    • Reboot and see if she works
    .

Have you tried uninstalling all the Nvidia from Device manager?

This morning I clicked the 10 icon and got this. Never got this screen before. Maybe it fixed itself.
