Will Upgrading to windows 10 Improve my Gaming performance ?!?!

Depending on your PC hardware, you'll see benefits from upgrading to Windows 10. DirectX12 is the next generation API, replacing the 5 year-old DirectX 11 from Windows 7. Microsoft is promising more direct access to hardware, thus faster game rendering.

    No to be 100% clear.

HP Repair Centre supply a "Certified" Refurbished Windows 10 PC" to Cherry PC, the meaning of certified refurbished is it was new off the shelf and someone returned it for some reason its been put back to as new and then sold again. So its tech build for
Windows 10 that's what its advertised as. Not a W7 PC upgraded to windows 10 inside a new design body built for W10 technology.

its not some third party, not a man in the middle its Hewlett Packard.

Another analogy I buy an iPhone 7 but its insides are an iPhone 5, the casing makes it look like an iPhone 7 but its i5 tech, that's fraud.

I have a Windows 7pc, technology build around 2007, enclosed in cashing made for technology in 2017, that's why I can roll back to W7, why many functions don't work.

HP are cutting corners and pulling back losses by manipulating hardware and new design casing, hardware from 2007 is 10 years old so no wonder it struggles with Windows 10 and most of my drivers dates are 2006.
