Windows 10: 7054257795 service number for closed case that was not resolved

I still have this issue. It was closed in the chat.A program I used on win 10 will not work on win 11. I have tried all of the troubleshooting steps.

• Did you make any changes prior to the issue?

  • None – I just let it reboot (loosing some files that were not save when crashed)
