Windows 10: 770GTX 4gb

My old GPU fans keep pulsing every 10 seconds while under no load. When I play a game it is silent. Someone told me it is an issue with gpu boost 2.0 software that's on the card.

It is a Gainward Phantom 770GTX 4gb. I have replaced it for now with a PowerColor Red Dragon Radeon 560 4gb a slight downgrade.

It is like sitting over a helicopter when it pulses and yet if I play say Battlefield 1 on max it is silent!

Is the card that you bought is 4GB SD or

4GB SDHC. If it's 4GB SD,it wouldn't

work as it should be,because memory cards that

are 4GB and above, should be SDHC.

Thus check your card for same.

why NOT the N91 4GB?

So therefore you can not classify N91 4GB Edition as a Music Phone.

My contract is coming ot an end on my N91 4GB. I will be glad to Join SE now. I will get the SE K810 at least it advertise what it does unlike the N91 4GB Edition (Music Phone).

It could be a faulty driver or a bad fan curve profile on the GPU. To fix the driver issue, follow the guide below. To fix the fan curve, use software like MSI's AfterBurner to adjust the curve.

You can try update your VBIOS, on the GPU, but first you did Backup your original BIOS with GPU-Z
