Windows 10: 7zip won't install a setup

I got 7zip, and I got an "unofficial" setup meaning not a normal app like Spotify or a verified app like google which I just click on the setup and it's perfectly fine but there are these setups which don't even have an icon and have the default Microsoft icons for exe files which is a PC and a CD and just are unofficial that I sometimes download extra info: when I download these .exe files in my browser it always says "unpack with 7zip" or something like that that when I click on them to set up it only opens up a window of 7zip trying to install the 7zip setup instead of my application's setup which is weird because I've seen people do this and they just get the normal setup I do have 7 zip installed and downloaded so it's not because it's in my computer but it's not installed, so I don't know what to do. I saw someone having a similar problem to mine but with rar file and I tried doing that solution and it didn't work, I figured it was because the rar file has more files inside and the setups only have code in them i think. so if anyone could help me or tell me if they have the same problem, here is a photo of the window that shows up when I click on the file... and another photo of how the icon of the exe file looks like... --> sorry that the icon is so tiny, I took a screenshot of it so that's why

7zip force ignore NTFS junctions

I would suggest to go in two steps :

1. Generate a list of all the junctions in the folder
   
2. Create a 7Zip archive from the folder while excluding the files in the list.
   

For the first step, you may use the following command in a Command Prompt :

Where :

• /A displays all files with a specific attribute, and L specifies reparse points (symlinks and directory junctions)
  
• /S makes the command recursive
  
• /B specifies the bare format of only file names.
  

When zipping the folder use the
-x (Exclude filenames) switch :
