Windows 10: 8.7.2022 so it says update Windows 11, now computer is locked.

ME, have NO idea how to unlock. Live nowhere near a computer Geek. Search shows this happens a lot, so you who invented, PLEASE fix!! is YOUR issue, make it work. I need my computer.How you have allowed this to keep occurring is beyond my aged brain!!! FIX IT

Install error - 0x800f0831 on windows 11 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592)

I cannot install 2022-04 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 for x64-based Systems (KB5012592). The installation did not complete and now my computer is unstable. I have tried troubleshooting and all the steps listed in the previous post. Any changes to Windows 11 do not complete. My computer reboots several times a day and locks up at least 2 times per day.
