Windows 10: 8 digits of the bitlocker key id matches on microsoft website, yet the drive wont unlock?...

Hi,I have a laptop that suddenly stopped working. It had 2 partitions. Windows said "Unmountable Boot Device", and when I checked C: using recovery command prompt, it says File System is "RAW". There is also a D: drive that has my data.During the recovery process, I am asked for the bitlocker keys for both the drives. I checked the microsoft website, it shows only the first 8 digits of the key id and they both match with what's shown on my device. The drive C: unlocks, however, drive D: does not. I am at a loss as to why. If the key id first 8 digits match, why won't the drive unlock?So, I wan

Help, My bitlocker Key-ID on my microsoft account does not match my harddrive.
