Windows 10: 800705b4 error code in family screen time windows 11 send request not working

My son was working on a paper and I approved more time but his computer isn’t reading it. It’s not an option to shut it down since he will lose everything. I’m done with this app. Once I get it off, I won’t be turning it back on as we have spent 2 hours on this. The app isn’t reading that I turned off all time limits. Please help me get my sons computer back on.

hi, my child wants to go on my windows 10 computer I put in my parent is here it shows error 800705b4 so I did sen request I put in the time and it does not turn on what do I do now?

 

Windows 10 family safety is not sending reports, not listing URLs visited in Edge, and not sending me requests for more time.

It used to work fine and I did not change anything.

To solve the issue, I tried to delete the files in the family settings folder per another person's suggestion, but they won't delete because they are "in use by another program."

I have been having an issue with updates on my
Dell Inc. Inspiron 3137 laptop for about 4 days now. Windows update runs for a good 15 minutes then I get the error code 800705b4 and no list of updates are visible.

When I ran the windows troubleshooting tool it gave me this message: "Service registration is missing or corrupt".

What do I do next to fix this issue?
