Windows 10: 90% of Notifications On Windows 11 assigned incorrectly to open in Phone Link I have an iPhone

Hello,I have a wierd situation. I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max which I linked to my Windows 11 Pro. I have 2 laptos both sitting on my desk. One is my 12 year old HP Pavilion DV7 on W10 Pro and the other is my MSI Katana GF66 on W11 Pro. My notifications on my Katana are pretty much all assigned to open in the "Phone Link" app and I cannot find how to correct that. One of the strange things I have noticed is that I have 2 listings in my Notification Center for Discord and one is set to the correct app, that being the Discord app and the other being set to the Phone Link app and I am not getti

Yeah, thats not a solution she is interested in......I've suggested that course of action. Thanks though.

Just to clarify, I feel that there MUST be a step, or series of steps to turn off JUST the wireless notification sound. Thats what Im driving @ here.

 

Phone Link with iPhone, currently no Bluetooth

Hi all,

I was very much looking forward using Phone Link now that I got myself to update to Win 11.

Unfortunately, my PC doesn't support Bluetooth. Hence following questions:

Is there...

1. an update coming where iPhone are able to pair via Wifi?
   
2. a possibility to connect the iPhone via USB / Tethering?
   
3. a way to solely receive and write messages via Windows on my iPhone, with no Bluetooth connection required?
   

If all of this is a no, what would be the easiest way to retrofit Bluetooth? Would any 3rd party USB Bluetooth adapter be sufficient? If so, could you suggest/recommend one?

How can I disable the "Link your Phone and PC" notification in Windows 10?

The new "Continue on PC" feature that came with the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update also includes a notification that pops up saying "Link your Phone and PC". Answering no or clearing the notification gets rid of it, but after some amount of time and/or a reboot, it continuously comes back.

Presumably, if you actually install the app to link your phone it will stop giving you the notification, and I am also aware that you can completely disable suggestion notifications; however, I do not wish to use the phone link feature and I would prefer not to disable all future suggestions, as I could possibly be interested in one of them. Is there a way to specifically disable a single specific suggestion notification?
