Windows 10: 925 lumia

My Lumia 925 phone has worked well for two years. For a few weeks now, I have been unable to connect to the Windows Store to download new apps.The error message I get each time is: Can't connect - We're having trouble connecting to the Store at the moment. Try again in a little while.I've tried all the tricks and tips mentioned on the internet to solve this -- including checking if date/time/region is correct on the phone, but all that is fine. It's also not a Microsoft email sync issue as everything is working fine and my emails are automatically updated. And everything else, including

• "My phone can not be detected"
• Clicked on "Lumia"
• Select the Phone: Lumia 925 is not showed in this list.
• Then, Click on "My Phone is not on the list"
• The message "This phone can not be recovered."

That's the problem.

Just got lumia 925 few days ego....i shared vidéo with my friend but lumia 925 Can only send 12seconds the first part of the vidéo,felt bad about it. I will appreciate any suggestion on how to share longer vidéo. Thank You.

Following support / troubleshooting steps listed on the MS support page for the Nokia Lumia 925 the phone died and completely unresponsive and will not power up.

I have booked a repair and its logged in the system if I check it but that's it no email confirmation or anything, so what happens next?
