Recently anytime that I have Chrome open with more than two tabs, the web pages crash with an error saying no memory. I opened up task manager and resource manager and find that 95% of my computers memory is in use. I'm not sure how to fix this.

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?

Defender constantly using the most memory: Defender is always at the top of the memory list (in Task Manager) running on average 110-120mb.
