Windows 10: 960 NVMe SSd abysmally Slow now despite all attempts to correct.

I have a I7-7700K mounted on a Maximus IX Hero, 32 G Corsair Ram, GeForce GTX 1080 Graphics Card, Bios ver 1301 (Latest), Windows 10 Pro, and a 960 Evo 500 gb SSd. My file drive is on a 4t WD Black (which tests fine).

I've been noticing windows slowing down dramatically. I keep getting notices "working on it", or programs telling me they're not responding because it's taking so long. I ran "Userbenchmark" and was told the Samsung NVMe 500 g, and Corsair Ram were way under performing. I set the Ram to XMP in the Bios which helped. But the NVMe still sucks bad. All indicators say the system is cool and is not throttling as far as I can tell. I made sure I had the latest Samsung Driver and used their "Magician" with no luck. Still way underperforms. And not just by the utils. In actual usage. Way slower than it used to be.

Could there be something going on with the board? How can I check. Could the NVMe drive be giving up the ghost but just not showing it in the tests? This is frustrating. I use the computer for video editing and this problem has made the system almost unusable.

Any Help would be appreciated. I have provided some pictures of various test results. Thx!

Windows refuses to install on NVME SSD (Samsung 960 EVO)

First, thanks everyone who copy-pasted the first relevant results they found in Google. I found those before I asked the question.

The solution that I got to work is as follows:

• Disable CSM / UEFI
• Enable Secure Boot
• Now the installer can access the NVME SSD
  • Format the drive
  • Restart the machine
• 
  Enable CSM / UEFI
  
• 
  Disable Secure Boot
  
• 
  Proceed to installer and now Windows will allow you to install to the NVME SSD drive

Slow Cold Boot on SSD

My problem is slow boot time on SSD (NVMe 960 EVO) for first boot but the warm boot is not bad! This happens after updating some drivers or Windows itself! Also i disabled SysMain service and not help.

Is there a way to measure which driver take long time to boot or some thing?
