Windows 10: _6475CE7E70B50525561689.exe

After opening Task Manager, there is a "_6475CE7E70B50525561689.exe" enabled in the list.I went to "File Location" and found it at the following path: User>AppData>Roaming>Microsoft>Installer>{B1358580-A13D-41EF-A183-AFA2C4131CD}.I can find no information on this executable and don't know if it's safe. I've disabled it for now but would like any information on it that anyone may have.If it's not a safe file, I'd like to know how to remove it. Also where it may have come from.Thank you in advance for any assistance.

NESHTA.A VIRUS REMOVED BUT .EXE NOT WORKING

USB drive will not run exes.

To assist you better, I would like to ask if you have installed any Antivirus in the Laptop.

I suggest you to run the program in compatibility mode by following the steps provided below and check if the issue persist.

• Right click on the “.exe” file of the program and select properties.
• Under Compatibility tab, check the option for “Run in Compatibility mode”.
• Select the Operating System from the drop down list.
• Click on Apply and OK.
