Windows 10: A black line comes in the top of the moniter screen and items come down and also taksbar...

i have tried the following thing already :1. type sfc /scannow in cmd 2. changing the screen resolution 3. restarting windows explorer4.updating display adapter driver

Screen going down and coming from top

I have a problem with my second monitor. Every 2 seconds or so the screen goes down and comes back from the top (like a portal). Imagine it like this: There's one line of red horisontal pixels and every other pixel is black. And it goes down pixel by pixel
until it reaches the lowest pixel on the screen. The next pixel it appears on is at the most top of the screen and it goes down at the same speed. PS: There isnt a single line of red pixels on my screen, the screen shows every color fine its just that its
going down and coming from top.

 

Moniter power up but fails to show anything.

Asus Moniter. Asus PBZ 77V Pro motherboard on board graphics.

I've removed the graphics card (EVGA GeForce GTX 1050) and the machine is now in it's original working state. Everything powers up but the moniter still goes black after the intial blue screen no signal message. Any further suggestions please?

With the PC running and no moniter I assume that a network dongle plugged into a USB socket should flash indicating a connection, yes? The USB socket powers up a USB drive but the dongle does not flash and the PC does not come up on the network. Does this indicate that the unit is not booting up?

 

windows 10/11 setup screen not come

It does not come to the installation step. just black screen.
