    As stated - a black windows Constantly opens on my desktop, it used to just flash on an off really quickly, each time, relocating the curser into the window. But now the black window opens and stays open, and even though it's already open, every few minutes, will pop itself on top of all the programs I'm using, and re-locate my curser to the window. I tried inserting an image into this box, but the "Something went wrong" message comes up EVERY TIME.     Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Hi Victor,

    To stop Windows Powershell to start whenever you boot up your laptop, we suggest you to follow the steps listed below for selecting the services you want to run at startup:

    • Search System Configurationfrom the taskbar.
    • Select the top result, System Configuration desktop app.
    • Go to the Startup tab on the System Configuration main window.
    • Uncheck the box next to Windows Powershell program.
    • Click OK.
    • Click Restart to restart your computer.
