Windows 10: A blank blue recurring windows tab keeps appearing?

it's not the BSOD screen A windows blank blue tab with one code line written on the top keeps appearing a lot, it closes after an instant so i couldn't read what it says. I notice it happens often when i'm charging my laptop, or playing games. It only appears for half a second and doesn't really do anything but annoy me. Im not sure if i should be worried?

Windows features wouldn't show on windows 10, appears blank!

I installed windows 10 on my pc, I am trying to enable my .net framework and I understand that the way to go about this is through windows features, however my windows features box appears blank, I can't find the checkbox with all the options, I have followed the steps listed on various websites (run services.msc, enable modules installer if not already enabled etc,) still nothing! I would really appreciate if someone could assist me here. Thanks

 

Unknown devices keep appearing in my network tab

I get half a dozen and the Wi-Fi is just showing them available and whether secured or not. Usually the signal is too weak to connect. The list may also include printers that use Wireless Direct or Wi-Fi, one of mine is on the list even though I use an Ethernet connection to my Router and its control panel shows wireless as Off.
