Windows 10: A Blue Screen stopped me from changing my screen resolution.

So I just had a BSOD just now as the time of writing this and after it booted up, the screen resolution option is greyed out and the screen size changed the recommended from 125% to 150%.What happened step by step:The screen changed scale to 150% suddenly at ~4:30pm today 1 May 2024. This was after a cumulative and security update I did yesterday Apr 30 2024.I opened the settings app and changed the scale resolution back to my usual 100%I closed my web browser Opera [Not OperaGX] and word documentMy laptop froze and Blue ScreenedIt was stuck at 100% so I force closed it with the power

I suggest you to change the screen resolution settings and check if it fixes the issue. Follow the steps below:
