    Hi,

    Thank you for replying us.

I suggest you to run the system and maintenance troubleshooter. Check if it helps:

    1. Type Troubleshooting in the search box and press Enter.

    2. Click on View All in the top left pane.

    3. From the list click on System Maintenance and follow the on screen prompts.

If the issue persists, I request you to run the DISM tool and check:

    [*]
    1. On the Search bar type “cmd”. Right Click on the Command Prompt option and select Run as Administrator. (If prompted for a password, type the password and click Allow)

    [*]
    2. Type “DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth”\

    [*]

    [*]
For more information about DISM click on the link below: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/947821

    [*]

    Hope this information helps!

    [*]

    Thank you.

  3. When I click on new account I keep getting a error code 0x800706d9 in windows 10

    <Original title: e-mail>

I have lost my e-mail accounts after a Microsoft scan for a "fix" for an error report that was sent to them on my computer. I am trying to put my e-mail information back in. When I click on new account I keep getting a error code 0x800706d9. Has any
    one else gotten this?
