Windows 10: A bunch of issue's transferring files.. windows 11 needs to fixed

1 - Why does it seem a bit slow? I see there is a option to speed it up but you gotta eject the drive safely? Is it ok? Got a msi board with USB A USB C for a reason. Still slow. Well got bigger drives now.2 - Some sort of issue it just stopping in the middle of transferring. I think ether file it don't like maybe corrupt maybe to many folders within folders. Getting annoying.3 - Why does it now need me to refresh the page to see changes like deleting a file. Is it something new in windows 11?4 - Can't put a file in a zipped folder with a star in the name. maybe another character otherwise

Need Help Files Transfer

I have a computer running Windows XP Home Edition. That computer has two internal HDDs:

The 1st HDD is C:\ that running Windows. And it has 20GB total of capacity.
The 2nd HDD is D:\ that is empty. And it has 90GB total of capacity.

The C:\ drive is almost run out of space (full). Is there a way I can transfer everything in the C:\ drive to the D:\ drive and begin to use the D:\ drive from there on as primary drive?
Can the Windows Files Transfer feature in XP transfer everything I have in C:\ to D:\? If it cannot, then which way can I use to perform the above step?

Transferring files to another folder. Speed issue.

Files are about 1.50GB. Speeds are about 15mb/s and take forever for that file size.
