    a Bunch of tabs opened randomly


    Hello, So I put my computer in sleep mode this evening, and I had Chrome open, and when I first opened my computer, there were a bunch of tabs spamming and then closing back. Is this a virus or malware? I don't know, but I think it has to do with "Guardio", other tabs opened like third-party apps, and amazon and security and other things.

    • Which browser do you use where the tabs are opening?
    • Does the tab open randomly or it happens when you click on some link?

    Please reply to questions in order to assist you in a better way.

    Command line/tab

    QUESTION/suggestion:
    * Why not remember the last active tab?
    For example, if you are on tab 2 and close the program, then run it again, for the program to open tab 2 again. But if the -tab X command-line option is used, then the program goes to X tab, regardless of last active tab.

    Does that make sense?

    You used to have Chrome just open to a new empty tab? If so, Chrome: 1) Three dots in top right corner 2) Settings
