    A charge for a "standard" subscription was applied to my account with no details of what it is


    A charge for a "standard" subscription was applied to my account with no details or description of what it is for. I have tried multiple avenues based on your recommendation to determine and investigate the situation, but with no resolution. At this point, how do i determine what this charge is for and how can i get it refunded back into my account? I also tried contacting your support group, but was left with the same thing.

    How have I been charged a subscription when I dont have any active subscriptions? my bank details are on my account

    I have been charged a subscription fee from Microsoft, i have checked my emails under subscription and although my bank details are saved there are NO active subscriptions and never have been. I have spoken to my bank and they have advised my bank details are linked to a Micorosoft account, I know this because i can see them linked to the one i am active on but like I said it doesnt say any active subscriptions.

    Wrongly charged for a subscription

    Hi we have had a subscription charged to our credit card when it shouldn't have been as the payment details were out of date and therefore request a refund as we don't want this subscription
