Windows 10: A D3D11-compatible GPUFeature Level 11.0 ,Sharder Model 5.0is required to run the engine

I was trying to launch Kards. I ended up with a window showing "A D3D11-compatible GPUFeature Level 11.0 ,Sharder Mdel 5.0is required to run the engine".I've updated my video card driver to the latest version but it didn't work.My system is Window 7.Do I need to update my system or something?

what do i do if i can have dx12 and 11 on my graphics card and i try to play a game called satisfactory i try and get this a D3D11-compatible GPU (Feature Level 11.0, Shader Model 5.0) is required to run the engine.
