Windows 10: A "debugger has been found" error when I install Ae-Juice plug-in for Adobe

hello, I work with the Adobe suite, and I'm trying to install the AE-juice plug-in pack manager in After Effects.

My problem is that when I install the pack manger of AEjuice plug-in (even manually putting the AE-juice plug-in folder in the after effects plug-in folder) I get the error: " a debugger has been found running in your system" and I don't have any chance of installing it, plus no problem appears in the list of Windows events.

I need it for work, and without the pack manager I don't have access to certain plug-in customizations, so it's quite a mess.

premise: I have been using all aejuice plug-ins for years. in the last 4 months I have had problems with the computer and so I cleaned everything up and reinstalled windows 10.

so the computer is clean and I only use it for work, with all the adobe applications I use, the only "plus" thing is the steam, but no video games yet.

my sytem:

AMD RYZEN threadripper 3960x 24 core 3793 Mhz
TRX40 AORUS pro
RAM 64GB
3 different SSD 250gb (one only for Windows and Adobe softwares)
Video (I'm gonna change it) NVIDIA 970 GTX

what I've already tried:

- I reinstalled windows (nothing chaged) and windows is up to date (I have no restore point cause is clean).

- I gave the exception to the antivirus for the folder where adobe and the plug in is

- I reinstalled adobe (it worked, but when I turn off and restart the computer the error appears again and does not start after effect unless I delete the plugin)

I don't know what to do, do you have any ideas?

Adobe Flash plug in

Purchased Linx10 W8 tablet. Downloaded facebook, went to play games, message came up Adobe Flash plug in Req. Went to download plug in, but another message came up that it is already installed. Any ides please?

 

Possible to install AE 7.0?


Is it possible to install AE 7.0 in Windows 10? I was able to install it in Windows 8.1 but when I upgraded I had to reinstall it and it won't let me.

Windows Installer installed the product. Product Name: Adobe After Effects 7.0. Product Version: 7.0.0.244. Product Language: 1033. Manufacturer: Adobe Systems, Inc.. Installation success or error status: 1624.

The Windows Installer service is enabled, and I have ran the program compatibility troubleshooter. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Step 1.

I would recommend you to uninstall/reinstall the Adobe Premiere Pro and check if this helps.

  Press Windows key + R, type appwiz.cpl
  and hit Enter.

  Now locate for Adobe Premiere Pro, right click on it and uninstall the program.
  
• Once uninstalling is done restart the computer and try installing again.

If the issue still persist, try the below steps:

I suggest you to uninstall the Adobe Premiere Pro and install the program in compatibility mode and check.

  Follow the above steps to uninstall the program.
  
• 
  Now Right-click on the setup file and select Properties.
  
• 
  Select Compatibility tab.

  Check Run this program in Compatibility mode.

  Let the program install and then check the functionality.
