Windows 10: A Diagnostic Policy Service 100% disk usage

    A Diagnostic Policy Service 100% disk usage


    Everytime I play any game and in somewhat demanding scene and the FPS is drop and from what I found out from monitoring my resouces in task manager when there are so many effect on my screen and my game would lag a little but the DPS will start doing something and uses 100% of my main drive and freeze my PC for couple of seconds and it make a lot of my game unplayable.So in order to play my game I have to stop the DPS service with did solve my freezing issue but it can't be a solution, right?and I was wonder if anything wrong with the service to cause this issue because it doesn't behave like

    100% Disk Usage

    All the time in my laptop Windows 10 Diagnostics Policy Services is Running that cause 100% disk usage. What I do to decrease disk usage? It is possible to decrease disk usage by stop this services and install third party software? If Yes, then send me the
    link And if no then give me idea's to decrease disk usage(not like format your pc).
