Windows 10: A Different slant on a previous question. Update is not applicable to your computer ... so?

I was asking in another question why this KB5053606 update was failing repeatedly. Well I did get to the manual download and after downloading it and proceeding to install it reportedoriginal question: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/forum/all/why-is-2025-03-cumulative-update-for-windows-10/7a1611c7-ac0b-40c4-86fb-f495f4a18481Update is not applicable to your computer.So why is it constantly showing up in Updates that need to be installed. And at the Start>Shutdown or Restart there's always the "Update" before each. How can I teach this PC not to ask for it continually? }Thanks m

Control Panel Mail "Application Not Found"

• Are you trying to change the settings for the Windows 10 Mail app or are you using a different application?
• Which version and build of Windows 10 is installed on your computer?

Explorer.exe, Werfault.exe, RuntimeBroker.exe (application errors). start wont come up and application errors wont go

Not able to install exe file created in WINDEV application

Since you mentioned that the application worked in a previous version of Windows, we would like to clarify if you attempted to install the application using compatibility mode as was suggested in the previous post? The reason we need to verify if you have
completed the steps provided is because compatibility mode allows older programs to work in a more recent version of Windows. Also we need the answers to the following questions below:

• Were there any newer versions of the application you're attempting to install that is made for windows 10?
• Which version and build of Windows 10 do you have installed in the computer?
