Windows 10: A directx 12 report is stopping me from playing marvel rivals

Hi, I am trying to play marvel rivals on steam and when i first launched the game it asked me to update my graphics driver to the latest version. I complied and did exactly that. i am now using graphic driver 32.0.101.6319. when i clicked continue it says "DirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Try running without the -dx12 or -d3d12 command line argument." I checked what DirectX I'm using and it says I'm using DirectX 12 so i wanted to know how i could fix it. i also changed the command line and nothing worked. I've restarted my laptop and checked for updates but nothing worked. the same

  What happens when you try to play the games with the DirectX 12? Do you get any error message/code? If yes, then provide us the complete error message/code.
  

If you are unable to play games which doesn't support DirectX 12 then, you can manually download the supportable DirectX for the games.

Some games comes with the supported DirectX application embedded within the game's application, so that you can install it manually from the game.

You can also try to open the games in the compatibility mode.

Nfs rival directx error

I have and radeon 530 graphics card on my laptop. But i keep getting directx DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED and DXGI_ERROR_DRIVER_INTERNAL_ERROR. I tried disabling intel uhd but still i get the internal error. I tried disabling the radeon graphics
card but i get both error. I already install directx and restarded my laptop. Anyone knows how can i run properly my nfs rival? I really wanna play this game. Thank you in advance.
