Windows 10: A driver has failed to complete a power IRP within a specific time.

I have a 5 year old acer aspire a515-54g on windows 11 home. Over the last few weeks my laptop has been having the blue screen crashes. My game also occasionally freezes mid game and I have to restart my laptop to be able to continue playing. Sometimes my laptop will also become completely unable to connect to my wifi unless I restart my laptop. This has also happened during a restart and I had to restart again to be able to connect to my wifi. Sometimes after I shut down my laptop the blue screen appears after a few minutes and the laptop restarts itself. One time my laptop's fans also became

My computer have been crashing while hibernatning, mosting when i have connected with VPN "Ivanti Secure Access Client 22.3r1".
