I'm getting this randomly once or twice a month. The system locks up and emits a buzzing sound. The only recovery is to power it off and on again.

Surface Pro. Windows 10 Pro.

nightly BSOD crashes

It just shows this error, i removed the faulty hard drive after that date and no more error messages since.

 

Computer hangs unexpectly with no reason until it reboots itself. Dump is being generated and the message "The computer has rebooted from a bugcheck"

But I think something is wrong with the hardware.

Can you physically inspect the motherboard and check if there is some burnt capacitors or ICs?
