Windows 10: A few questions about reinstalling Windows

Hello, I use a Surface laptop, my laptop has a problem, and I found out from the searches that it might be a problem with my Windows and I have to reinstall my Windows, the license code of my laptop is probably OEM, but this code is originally for Windows 10, and I I upgraded my laptop from windows 10 to windows 11 after purchase through windows 11 assistant, my question is if i have to reinstall windows 11, can this code work for windows 11 or Should I buy another one?I also heard a way that you can take a backup of your Windows and install it again, what is this method because I don't know

Reinstall System Image Question

Reinstall System Image Question –
When saving a system image in Windows 10, it saves it as “Windows Image Backup.” I then add the date to the listing and save it. Therefore, I have a list of backups that read like “Windows Image Backup 9-4-19.”
So, this is my question.
If I need to reinstall my system image, does Windows allow me to choose any of the backups in my list to reinstall?

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
