Windows 10: A few questions related to ricing

1. Is it possible to add consistent gaps to AeroSnap? So when you go to tile a window at the border of your screen, it leaves a gap between other windows and the edge of your screen which you can change the size of. I kind of get this behaviour with PowerToys/FancyZones, but I have to apply a new layout everytime I want a window in a certain place.
2. Is there a decent program to create windows 10 themes? I see multiple themes from niivu and others on devianart and I use one atm, but is there any software to create one with?
3. Is it possible to change the background color of the windows buttons/caption buttons in Spotify? I have a spicetify theme applied but the buttons at the top right have a very noticeable black background.

One question thou: you suggested me to Download the latest driver package from Nvidea. However, the link you posted is for the newly released GeForce GTX 760? Am I supposed to download the drivers for that card?

Sorry for my questions. As I said, I'm not an expert at all.
