Windows 10: A few seemingly unrelated strange things have happened to my PC and I don't know how to fix...

So today I noticed three seemingly unrelated different issues that happened on my PC and I was wondering if somehow it is one overall connected issue. 1. When I first started up my laptop today I went to raise the volume and all of my keyboard keys at the top row f1, f2, etc. were focused on the controls only, I can't use the original settings of the keys such as volume and brightness unless I press the Fn key while I do it, and I tried to look up how to change this, but nothing has worked. 2. I went to edit files in Microsoft Edge, as I have been doing ever since I got this laptop 4 years a

If you look at this list in total it appears to be a seemingly unrelated string of issues.

ASUS Crate will not install

ASUS Blu-ray firmware won't install

Cyberlink DVD Video won't open

Nero DVD Video can't access the two internal Blu-ray drives

And then I found this in Device Manager

Audio Drivers for Display not installed - Installation forbidden by System Policies

There could be a policy or policies in Windows 10 that is stopping all of the above.

New Win 10 Pro desktop build as of last month

Fresh install of Win 10 Pro

None of these issues occurred in the old 21H2 system

Any ideas?

 

Strange things happening on my PC.

how can I see who is logged in with my account on my company PC or another PC using my account? We are on a network, so I guess anybody could login with other accounts.

Today, all of a sudden Photoshop was deleted from my computer. I literally used it 1 hour before. Strange things like this have happened before, and I believe someone is logging in with my account. The next thing I hear you asking, yes, we all have the same password for each of our accounts.

 

stuff that don`t work

The problem with the messed up keyboard is now ok, I can write normally.

But, the problem with non working pin and unpin from task bar, the right mouse click don`t work on it at all - still stays, as well as non working New notifications - I click and nothing happens. Can you fix that all?
