Windows 10: A few serious problems

sooo i got a few serious problems that i can't fix them and i really need help soo i hope u will do :'

sorry it's french i don't know even how to change the lang to english :/

oke let's see

1 - the windows defender



when i tap in Activate it won't activate idk why :

2 - windows update



my Internet works good and fine no problem with it i don't even know where is the problem

3 - sfc /scannow



can't even do the command and not just that there is more

4 - when i try to install Microsoft C ++ 2015 it just wen to blue screen and restart again and it's just won't install



soo yeah there i hope u really help me please i can't do anything :' i bought this windows last week and all of this happend

Windows 10 1709 System Restore problems...

That seems to be an attempt at Option 2 in the tutorial, which requires you to
a. Boot to a command prompt (Did you?)
b. You then seem to be mixing steps 3,4 and 5, thus your command is incorrect.

I suggest Option 1 is easier.

If you still have problems, please repost listing each specific step and saying which option from the tutorial you are using. Thanks.

 

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above

You didn't list your OS
