Windows 10: A file keeps multiplying that I don't recognize

So there is a file on the computer that keeps multiplying at first it wasn't noticeable until it started to lag the whole thing. The program is apparently called ayatollahs? It isn't one I recognize at all. I haven't downloaded anything recently and my Mcafee hasn't detected any issue after scanning too. Tried deleting the file, shredding, and even tried forced deleting it through CMP. Nothing is working to stop the problem of it multiplying and fixing the issue. I can't seem to get rid of it. I can't force the file to disappear even if I know where it is. I am setting up a backup as we speak but I rather not lose most of my files from a reset since my USB drive doesn't have enough room for all my information. Does anyone know what this program is? Is there anything else that I can do than a permanent reset or is there a way to do a reset with specific file choices and allow the reset to delete that file itself? I need any suggestions, please. The computer is up to date of Windows 10.

its called speed step; when not under a heavy load the processor will clock down via the multiplier to a lower speed to conserve energy and run cooler increasing longevity. its normal and you should keep it on

backup drive not recognized

As per the description, I understand that the external backup is not being recognized. I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter and check for status.

• Type “Troubleshooting” in search box and press Enter.
• Click on “View All” option on top left pane.
• Select “Hardware and Devices” from the list and follow the prompts for troubleshooting.
