Windows 10: A friend of mine cant access to her windows account and now its blocked

My firend has a pc laptop and her account is blocked how can we access to it, she cant remember her passwd?

Email account is not Mine

There are no other accounts shown in the mail app except mine. However, when I add mine and try to sync, my daughters inbox is displayed not mine.

• I have removed and added my gmail multiple times.
• My gmail is the only option available to add; (I have attached a screenshot with my email account blocked)
  
  
• I think I need to delete my email account from Outlook.com but I do not know how as I don't see that option
• When I sign into outlook.com and enter my gmail account and password, my daughters inbox is displayed; it wants to import her gmail account.

First of all, in order not to change settings on your computer you can ask your friend for his/her password if you want to access it directly.

On the other hand, the other way to login yourself with your account and set yourself as an administrator. You can refer to the steps below on how to do it.

Go to Accounts.

Select Your Info, is your friends account listed there?
