Windows 10: A Friends Message Ref Apps

'my computer says I can only print from apps' ??

Any ideas? Dont think I know this one as its never happened to me

I have absolutely no idea

First do a soft reset press both the power button and volume down and hold the phone will power off and then reboot try it again

If that fails as it is NOT the Microsoft a/c best to delete it and start over

To
delete an email account

  In the
  App list, tap Settings
  
  , then tap
  Email + accounts.
  
• 
  Tap and hold the account you want to delete, tap Delete, then tap
  Delete again.
  

This will remove Google Contacts, Calendar Events, Email from the phone ONLY until you set it up again

I'm sure your friend will soon let you know if a message comes up about activation. It will keep nagging.

The ref to Andre's suggestion was just a thought, I don't know for sure that is the reason.

 

You need to post more info, from what you have posted I've no idea what you're talking about.
