Windows 10: A Great App Is On Its Way Issue

I just purchased my HP Spectre x360 and when booting up Windows 10 for the first time out of the box, I noticed some tiles labeled "A Great App Is On Its Way!" This included apps such as Candy Crush, a paid version of Minecraft, and MSN Weather. I then proceeded to delete them, through what I may call excessive means (trying to use the PowerShell as an admin, various command prompts, etc.). After that, I shut down my computer and, when turning it on again, found the same apps, in the same place. Not installing, but in a form of limbo where they take space on my start screen and just annoy me to no end. My question is, on Windows 10 Home, is there any method I could use to permanently remove these, or am I stuck with them until the end of time?

A great App is on it's way ????

I've done three clean installs of 15063 and twice found tiles on my start menu that read "a great app is on the way". I know that I can delete them but how did they get there? Are there other issues with my installations? All apps seem to be up to date.

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
