Windows 10: A hacker stole my account and I need it back.

About 2 days ago a hacker logged into my account and sold it. I haven't been able to find someone to help.

To delete an account, follow these steps:

Someone in russia stole my account and changed all the details I cannot access anything tied to it and the only lead I have to go on is a censored list of
accounts I dont recognise

I have my minecraft and a few other accounts tied to it and would like it back

 

Hacker with rambler.ru email stole my account without warning

I tried signing in again today and it said that my email didn't exist, I looked back at my emails and I had proof that I had one but none said my email changed. All I know is the email that stole my account, I tried recovering it with a recovery request but it was denied, I don't know any other method to recover it.
