Windows 10: A horizontal screen on my taskbar, Please help

So recently out of nowhere, there are horizontal lines on the taskbar of my Lenovo laptop. It doesn't flicker or anything and the drivers and all are already updated. Display settings are in the recommended value. I've seen many videos on youtube saying it could be a problem of my drivers and all but I already tried those things..I can't understand why all of a sudden this is happening..and also when I take a ss or connect it to an external device, this line does not show up, please someone help :"

Taskbar misbehavior - icons out of horizontal alignment

My taskbar vanished, got it back by pulling it back up, but now it has this strange misbehavior:





Notice that the three system icons at the far left are at a lower horizontal level than the icons to their right, and are partly cut off at the bottom of the screen. Likewise, some of the icons on the far right are lower, and are cut off.

If I expand the taskbar up, it's as if the icons are on separate lines, like this:





Rebooting doesn't help. Removing and replacing my added Quick Start toolbar doesn't help. Locking/unlocking the taskbar doesn't help.

Is there a way to get all the toolbar icons back in horizontal alignment and not cut off? Thanks for any help!

Windows 10 Taskbar sometimes on top of full-screen applications

I suggest you to change the Screen Resolution and check if this helps. Follow the steps below to do the same:

• Press ‘Windows ’ key on the keyboard.
• In the search box, type Settings
  
• SelectSystem > Display > Advanced display settings.
• Under Resolution, select a new value. We suggest you stick with the resolution marked
  "(Recommended)”.

Also try locking and then unlocking the Taskbar and check if this helps. Follow the steps below:

• Right-click an empty space on the taskbar.
• If Lock the Taskbar has a check mark next to it, the taskbar is locked.
  
• If it does not have a check mark, click Lock the Taskbar.
