Windows 10: A hypervisor has been detected yet hyper-v can not be enabled since SLAT capabilities

Hi,I am trying to enable hyper-v in windows 10 Pro v:21H2 Build 19044.1706 with feature pack 120.2212.4170.0which is running inside of virtual box on an ubuntu host.This is all running on a AMD Ryzen 5950x with the following CPU flags:fpu vme de pse tsc msr pae mce cx8 apic sep mtrr pge mca cmov pat pse36 clflush mmx fxsr sse sse2 ht syscall nx mmxext fxsr_opt pdpe1gb rdtscp lm constant_tsc rep_good nopl nonstop_tsc cpuid extd_apicid aperfmp erf pni pclmulqdq monitor ssse3 fma cx16 sse4_1 sse4_2 x2apic movbe popcnt aes xsave avx f16c rdrand lahf_lm cmp_legacy svm extapic cr8_legacy abm

Struggling to enable Hyper-V on Windows 10 with AMD Ryzen: "A hypervisor has been detected"

• Gigabyte Aorus X470 Gaming 7 WIFI
• AMD Ryzen 2700X
• Windows 10 64-bit v. 1903
• BIOS F31
• AMD Chipset driver v. 19

I have enabled SVM in the BIOS (which is a Gigabyte term for virtualization). I have installed Hyper-V in Windows features.

I'm running msinfo32 and expect to see four items related to Hyper-V. Instead, I see: "A hypervisor has been detected. Features required for Hyper-V will not be displayed."

How do I enable Hyper-V??

PS My goal is to run Docker natively, without VirtualBox. When I try to setup Kinematic, it says:

 

Even after Uninstalling Hyper-V - msinfo32 shows "A hypervisor has been detected"

I'm running into a weird issue on my Lenovo Z51 laptop. Its equipped with an intel i7 processor and is running Windows 10 Pro (Build 14393).

I had Hyper-V installed on this laptop with all kinds of VMs running for a while. Then I got a VMware license and decided to uninstall Hyper-V. I uninstalled Hyper-V by going to "Turn Windows Features on or off", unchecking all options under Hyper-V and
then rebooting the machine on the prompt. After the reboot, I installed VMware but when I try to start the VMs, it gives me an error that Hyper-V is still running.

In the "Turn Windows Features on or off", the box for Hyper-V is unchecked. However, when I look at msinfo32 it still says>>

"A hypervisor has been detected. Features required for Hyper-V will not be displayed."

Coreinfo.exe says the same thing:

I did a lot of hunting and already tried the below assuming some corruption:

"SFC /scannow" & reboot,

"dism /online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth" & reboot

"bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off & reboot

None of these worked.

Why does it say the hypervisor is present when I have uninstalled Hyper-V ? What can I do to fix this and run VMware ?

 

Build 14316. Hyper-v Hypervisor greyed out.

Tried Powershell: Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -FeatureName Microsoft-Hyper-V-All -Online

as suggested by kebero. Success
