Windows 10: A key not working on any keyboard

So, I have a problem with the number 3 (not the Numpad one). My numpad "3" works well, but the one on top of the other keys isn't working on my external keyboard or my laptops' own keyboard.

There's one thing worth mentioning tho. Even tho the number itself doesn't work, the # still works as it should.

What could I do?

I happen to have used the Tt Challenger Pro keyboard in the past, and the volume keys worked flawlessly in every game, so it's indeed a weird problem. I would suggest the same thing sneekypeet suggested, using the keyboard software and assign this function to a hotkey, but you said that didn't work either, so yeah...
