Windows 10: A live agent broke my laptop! please help

Yesterday i spoke to a live agent on microsoft as my laptop wasnt allowing me to download xbox app. This was my only issue. The agent named Emanuel used quick assist on my laptop for 2 hours to try and sort this problem out for me. After he said it was done and it should work now, he disconnected from the chat and i went to check if things where working. My windows key and the search bar is completely unresponsive now. I cant access any apps apart from the ones pinned which is only the internet. I have tried accessing the recovery mode but that wont work either. He has ruined my laptop. He als

He also changed my account from a microsoft one to a local one and i cant change it back. I spent another 4 hours after this on the live chat with a different agent who didnt listen to me when i said i cant access anything but the internet as they kept asking me to open settings ect when i cant at all. When i use command keys nothing happens either. Do not let the live agents use quick assist on your laptop! I have asked over and over how microsoft are going to fix this for me and get no useful response. Microsoft need to either fix my laptop or get me a new one due to their untrained live agents breaking it. Does anyone know an email address to make a formal complaint to microsoft? I cant seem to find one anywhere. I cant believe that microsoft thinks it is okay that an agent broke my laptop and wont do anything about it.

I suggest posting the complaint to this link as you've shared that you can't almost use the laptop now.

It seems the agent might break something while troubleshooting it like he might change some data on the Registry editor which commonly can cause this. I'm afraid you need to have Windows clean installed on the system so you can use again the laptop since you can't troubleshoot it anymore in its current situation.

It is better to have the laptop serviced at a service center accredited by the laptop manufacturer so you can be sure that your laptop will be safe. You can contact the laptop manufacturer's support so they can guide you on where to bring the laptop.

Again as I user like you, I do know what you feel. I hope this will be sorted out as soon as possible.
