Windows 10: A lot of Appx+random alphanumeric characters in my computer.

So lately my 1 year old laptop is starting to slow down for some reason even though I have a lot of free space in both my ssd and hdd so I'm searching for a possible reason for the problem. I already did a full scan with a Kaspersky antivirus but it found no malwares or viruses but I don't really trust it, so then I found out that there may be key remnants from old uninstalled software that can be found in the registry editor and that you can also find camouflaged malwares among them which is when I stumbled upon a lot of Appx+random alphanumeric characters in my computer which is I'm not

The other reason I suggested this is that users can add characters to their username that are not alphanumeric (e.g. user*). This confuses things somewhat when looking at the list.

I've seen similar posts to this but i just wanted a straight answer. Today I saw a folder in my local drive with random alphanumeric characters. I clicked on it and a message popped up for a second and then the folder was gone. Am I infected with someone?

 

What's the deal with the randomized alphanumeric characters at the end of the service name for select Windows services?
