I am going to start with the oddity so those in the know don't fall asleep at my detail. the LAST thing I did was run a safe boot and running the troubleshooter. It cam back essentially saying it could not repair windows and offered a log file. Here is the oddity for me.. the log file was supposedly written to H:\Window\...Of course, Windows is on C: drive. Does this mean anything? I did a search in the registry for H:\Windows to see if something misdirected windows location. Nothing found. Here is the rest of what I did and what is going on. Short story. Everything loads slow,

    :)

I hope this is detailed enough...

Overclocking / Undervolting guide for Vega 56 or 64?

    Here's a quick laundry list:

List of software to use for overclocking and testing
    Examples:
Wattman (and how to find and use it, like an overview, including profiles)
Unigine Valley or Heaven (use this for quick testing while changing settings in Wattman and checking for stability / artifacts) ...just suggesting this
How to monitor cores / mem speeds and temps during testing (I've seen screen overlays, and others using GPUz)

    Step-by step overclocking in Wattman
    Fan speeds
    Power limit
    Temp limit
    Voltages
    Core speeds
    Memory speeds
