A lot of Chinese ads with a new tab opened!

Since I had a trip to China with my PC/Windows10, a new tab with Edge always has a lot of ads in Chinese. Tried to fix this and talked to MS staff. Nothing worked! Just updated the Windows moments ago, hoping that this problem will be gone. Still there, the same thing! See the screen shot below. Don't ask me to set the language and location, I tried that many times!

  4. A lot of Chinese ads with a new tab opened!

Ads automatically open in new tab (fastlauncher.xyz)

    Hi!

Whenever I turn my laptop on, open Google Chrome or sometimes even at random, a new tab automatically pops out, firstly loading the page fastlauncher.xyz, then it redirects to random ads. I have a lot of apps installed, and I want to find out which app has
    this kind virus somehow.

I'm facing this in my school computer, so I can't just reset all my data.
